You must be 18 or older.
License or ID
A valid driver's license for motor-vehicle delivery. In dense areas like downtown Austin, bike delivery may not require a license.
Vehicle
A car, truck, motorcycle, or scooter with personal auto insurance. Bikes and scooters are accepted in dense markets.
Documents & banking
A valid license, personal auto insurance, a smartphone, a bank account, and a Favor-provided Runner card you activate during onboarding.
Background check
A clean driving record and a background check at approval.
