License
A valid state-issued driver's license in your name. No experience required.
Vehicle
Any car suitable for safe, reliable delivery. Motorcycles, motorized bicycles, and scooters aren't allowed, and there's no model-year restriction.
Documents & banking
License, valid SSN, proof of auto insurance, and an active bank account.
Background check
A driving-record and criminal background check through First Advantage. Violent felonies and sex offenses are permanent disqualifiers, with a roughly 7-year look-back for DUI and similar offenses.

Sign up and pick a zone
Apply at the Spark Driver site or app and choose your delivery zone.
Verify your identity
Enter your info and upload your insurance, ID, and a selfie.
Pass the background check
Sign the consent docs; the check takes about 1 to 7 days.
Clear the waitlist
Once a spot opens in your zone, set up your earnings and W-9 and start delivering.
